There are frequent evening parties / events with loud music and fireworks. Attempts to resolve through the juristic office haven’t been successful. If you have a small baby like us you may find yourself in a difficult situation, having committed to anything long-term here.

It’s a peaceful village with good security and excellent communal facilities.
Very nice place to spend your holliday. We were staying close to the clubhouse and swimmingpool. All looks still new. 7 eleven across the street. 20 minutes from airport
We’ve been living here for a month. It’s a great, clean, quiet neighbourhood! It’s not far from the centre. There’s a 7/11 nearby.
The village is quiet and peaceful with a pleasant atmosphere, lots of trees, and beautifully designed, well-proportioned houses.

Clean, comfortable, close to Robinson and the pier. A 7-Eleven across the road.
The sales staff were very attentive and answered my questions clearly.
The surrounding atmosphere is pleasant. The house is spacious and well-proportioned, allowing for personal decorating. The garden around the house is large, and there’s a garage.
It’s beautiful, but the price shouldn’t have increased so much.
Once completed, this project will be the most beautiful in the area.
